Sizing and fit
What does the size number mean?
It is the to-fit bust in inches, not a dress size. Long kaftans and sets come in 30, 42 and 50; short kaftans are free size.
How should a kaftan fit?
Loose. The cut is relaxed by design — size down for a closer drape, size up for full swing.
Do you have other sizes?
Some styles can be made in other sizes on request. Message us with the style and your measurement.
Fabric and care
Which fabric should I pick?
Summer cotton for everyday heat, crushed cotton for travel and low maintenance, chiffon for evenings and weddings.
Is chiffon see-through?
Yes, chiffon is sheer by nature. Wear it with a slip or inner.
How do I wash an embroidered kaftan?
Cold gentle wash, no bleach, iron inside out avoiding the embroidery, dry in shade.
Embroidery
Is the embroidery handmade?
Our main range is machine-embroidered in traditional Kashmiri Aari and Tilla patterns. The cutting, stitching and finishing are done by our tailors in Pampore. We also take made-to-order hand-Sozni pieces — ask us on WhatsApp.
Why does the motif vary slightly between pieces?
Placement shifts a little from garment to garment. It is normal and not a defect.

What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, cards and netbanking, plus Cash on Delivery on eligible orders.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes, with every order.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Message us on WhatsApp before it is dispatched and we will sort it out.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Dispatch within 24–48 hours from Pampore, then typically 3–7 working days across India.
Is shipping free?
Free across India on orders above ₹299.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, on request. Message us with your country and postcode for a quote.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
7 days from delivery. The item must be unworn and unwashed with tags intact, in its original packaging.
How do I exchange for another size?
Message us on WhatsApp and we will guide the swap.
What does the 1-year guarantee cover?
Genuine manufacturing faults in stitching or embroidery within 12 months — we repair or replace. It does not cover normal wear, fading, or damage from misuse or incorrect washing.
