There are plenty of places to buy a kaftan. Here is what is actually different about buying from us.
| Kashmiri Kaftan | Typical marketplace seller | |
|---|---|---|

| Invoice | GST invoice with every order | Often none |
| Support | Direct WhatsApp with the seller | Call centre or no reply |
| Guarantee | 1 year on manufacturing defects | None |
| Returns | 7 days, exchanges guided on WhatsApp | Varies, often difficult |
We would rather be accurate than impressive
Our kaftans are machine-embroidered in traditional Kashmiri patterns. We could call that handmade — plenty do — but you would find out eventually, and then nothing else we said would be worth much.
What we actually offer is a well-made kaftan from the place the pattern comes from, at a price that makes sense, with someone real at the other end of the phone.
