Our kaftans are cut loose. The size number is the to-fit bust in inches, not a dress size.

Measurements are of the garment laid flat and may vary by up to an inch, which is normal for stitched wear.
How to measure
- Chest — lay the garment flat, measure straight across under the arms, and double it
- Length — shoulder seam straight down to the hem
- Sleeve — shoulder seam to the cuff edge
The easiest check
Measure a kaftan or kurta you already love, lay it flat, and compare it with the table above. That tells you more than a dress size ever will.
Fit notes
The cut is relaxed by design. Size down for a closer drape, size up for full swing. Kaftan sets include a matching bottom with a drawstring or elastic waist.
