Products and descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Our main range is machine-embroidered in traditional Kashmiri Aari and Tilla patterns; hand-embroidered pieces are made to order and are described as such. Colours may look slightly different on your screen than on the cloth, and motif placement varies a little between pieces. Neither is a defect.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept UPI, cards, netbanking and Cash on Delivery on eligible orders. A GST invoice is issued with every order.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when the order is dispatched. If an item is out of stock or mispriced, we will tell you and refund you in full rather than substitute something.
Shipping and delivery
Dispatch within 24–48 hours from Pampore. Delivery across India typically takes 3–7 working days. Free shipping on orders above ₹299. International shipping on request; duties and taxes in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns and guarantee
7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange, with the item unworn, unwashed and tagged. We guarantee against manufacturing defects in stitching and embroidery for 12 months, covering repair or replacement. The guarantee does not cover normal wear, fading, or damage from misuse or incorrect washing.
Intellectual property
The photographs, text and design on this site belong to us. Please do not reuse them without permission.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Jammu & Kashmir.
