Returns & exchanges

- Item must be unworn and unwashed, with tags intact, in its original packaging
- Size exchanges: message us on WhatsApp and we’ll guide the swap
- Refunds go back to the original payment method once the item is received and checked

If the stitching or embroidery develops a genuine manufacturing fault within 12 months, we repair or replace it. Covers manufacturing defects only — not normal wear, fading, or damage from misuse or incorrect washing.
