The ground rules for buying from us, written plainly.
1. Who we are
This site is run by Kashmir Online Store (Umar Sami Bhat), GSTIN 01DBGPB6214P1ZU, Namblabal, Pampore, Pulwama, J&K – 192121, India.
2. Using the site
By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. Please don’t misuse the site, attempt to interfere with it, or use it for anything unlawful.
3. Products, colours and embroidery
We describe and photograph every piece as accurately as we can, but colours on screen can differ slightly from the cloth.
Our embroidery is machine-worked in traditional Kashmiri Aari and Tilla patterns, then cut, stitched and finished by our tailors in Pampore. Hand-embroidered pieces are made to order only and are described as such.
4. Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. We may change prices at any time; the price at the moment you place your order is the one you pay.
5. Orders and acceptance
Your order is accepted when we confirm dispatch. If an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error, we’ll contact you and refund anything you’ve paid.
6. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, and Cash on Delivery on eligible orders.
7. Shipping and delivery
Orders are dispatched from Pampore within 24–48 hours. See Delivery + Returns for timelines and free-shipping terms.
8. Returns and the 1-year guarantee
You can request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery. Manufacturing defects in stitching or embroidery are covered for 12 months. Full details are on the Delivery + Returns page.
9. Intellectual property
The photographs, text and designs on this site belong to us. Please don’t copy or reuse them without written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Jammu & Kashmir.
