What makes a kaftan a kaftan
A kaftan is one loose piece that falls from the shoulders, with nothing to fasten and plenty of room to move. It’s one of the easiest things you can wear — at home, out for the day, or dressed up for an evening.
Three shapes
- Long kaftans — shoulder to ankle, in sizes 30, 42 and 50
- Short kaftans — hip or thigh length, free size
- Kaftan sets — a kaftan with a matching bottom
The embroidery
Our kaftans carry traditional Kashmiri Aari and Tilla patterns, worked by machine so the motifs stay even and the price stays between ₹950 and ₹1,600. Each piece is then cut, stitched and finished by our tailors in Pampore.

What size should I buy?
Long kaftans come in 30, 42 and 50 — the to-fit bust in inches. Short kaftans are free size. The Find Your Size quiz translates S/M/L into our sizes.
Is shipping free?
Yes, anywhere in India, with no minimum order. Orders leave Pampore within 24–48 hours.
