When you order or contact us we collect your name, phone number, email, delivery address and order details. If you message us on WhatsApp, we also keep that conversation.

• To process, pack and deliver your order
• To answer questions and handle returns or exchanges
• To send updates about new pieces — only if you opt in, and you can opt out any time

3. Payments

Payments are handled by our payment gateway. We never see or store your card or bank details.

The site uses cookies to keep your bag working and to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser; the bag may not work without them.

5. Who we share it with

Only the people needed to get your order to you: our courier partners (name, address, phone) and our payment provider. We do not sell your data.

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and other data only as long as we need it to serve you.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted where the law allows. Write to us and we’ll respond.
